R&C McCormack, online as Celtic Dublin is a family run shop that sells authentic Irish Jewellery. They have two storefronts, one on Grafton Street, Dublin, and another in Killarney, Kerry. The client’s problem was that they did not have a suitable online platform and brand presence to reach their desired online market.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

R&C McCormack’s goals were to improve their online brand presence, reach and conversions within their desired market.

To meet the goals of R&C McCormack we needed to enable them to meet the needs of their target market. Redeveloping the website and managing their digital presence had two main effects. The new SEO optimised website gave R&C greater visibility and the ability to service their target market. This increased their reach and in turn created inbound traffic to their ECommerce website.

While the new digital marketing strategy created an engaged community around the brand which met the needs of the consumer by offering content and products that with a connection to their heritage.

R&C have seen both increased online sales and social following in the period since the deployment of the redesigned website and digital strategy.
